Garbh Geeta
It is the
word of Lord Krishan that the person who meditates on this Garbh Geeta with
good intentions does not enter the womb again.
Arjuna----
Oh Lord Krishan! This creature that comers from the womb. So what mistake does
he commit, O Lord! When it is born, it suffers from disease and then dies. Oh
Lord! What is that deed by doing which one becomes free from birth and death?
Shri
Bhagavan speaks- Oh Arjun! Whatever this man is, he is a blind fool and is in
love with the world. I have found this thing and I will get that again, such a
worry does not come from the mind of this creature. At eight o’clock he only
asks for Maya. By doing these things one is born and dies again and again. He
continues to suffer from pregnancy.
Arjun----Oh
Lord Krishan, this mind is the judgment of an elephant. Craving is its power.
This mind
is under the control of five. Among these five, Lust, anger, greed, attachment
and ego is very strong. So what is the effort by which the mind can be
controlled? Shri Bhagavan speaks-O Arjun! This mind is definitely like that of
an elephant. Craving is its power.
Mind of
five. Is under control. Ego is the best among these, O Arjun! Like an elephant,
it is under the control of the handle. Similarly, to control the elephant of
mind, there is a cub in the form of knowledge. Due to arrogance this life goes
into hell. Arjun---- Oh- God! One who wanders in the forest for your name. Has
become a recluse. Follow one religion. How to know them! Who are the Vaishnavs?
Shri Bhagwan speaks-O Arjun! Roaming in the forests for my name only.
He is
called a Sanyasi. They tie a lock of hair on one head. Ash is applied on one
part. We are not there in them because they have ego and hence my darshan is rare. Arjun--- Oh God! What is the
sin due to which a woman dies? Which is the sin due to which sons die and which
sin makes them impotent? Shri Bhagavan speaks- O Arjun! The one who takes a
loan from someone and does not repay it, the woman dies because of this sin and
the son of the one who embezzles the trust kept from someone else dies. If
someone’s work comes before him and he verbally says that I will do your work
first when the time comes, his work should not be done. Due to this sin one
becomes important. This is a big sin.
Arjun--- Oh
God! Due to which sin does a man always remain sick, due to which sin gets the
birth of a donkey, why is he able to birth of a woman and a pony and form what
source does a cat get born? Shri Bhagavan speaks- Oh Arjun! Any person who
donates his daughter. And those who take price in this charity are guilty,
those people always remain sick, those who drink alcohol for the sake of
sensual disorder are born as ponies and those who give false testimony.
He is born as a woman. Those who prepare the
food first and then eat the food and then donates it to God, They are born as
cat and those who donate their false belongings are born as a woman, they are
slave woman. Arjun--- Oh’ God! You have given gold to many people, so what good
deeds have they done? Shri Bhagavan speaks- Oh Arjun! Those who donate gold get
elephants, horses and Vehicles. Those who donate (Kanyadaan) daughters for the
sake of God get the birth of a man. Arjun—Oh’ God! What good deeds have those
men who have strange bodies done? Some have rich houses and some are learned.
What good deeds have they done? Some who have donated knowledge are blessed
with knowledge and those who have donated food have a beautiful appearance.
Those who have served the saints are blessed with sons. Arjun--- Oh’ God! Some who love money and some love woman, what
is the reason for this? Please explain. Shri Krishan speaks. O Arjun! Money are
all perishable form, there is no destruction in my devotion.
Arjun—Oh’ God! By following which religion one gets this throne? Which religion gives Knowledge by doing? Shri Bhagwan speaks- Oh Arjun! Those who leave their bodies in kashi ji while performing penance with selfless devotion are kings and those who serve Guru are learned. Arjun---- Oh’ God, if someone suddenly gets money without any hard work, then virtue has he done? Shri Bhagavan speaks-O Arjun! Those who have made secret donations suddenly get wealth. Those who have done work other the God’s meaning are free from human diseases. Arjun said- Oh God! Who are active due to sin and who are dumb due to sin and who are crippled by sin. Shri Bhagavan speaks-O Arjun! Those men who marry women of low caste are infields and those who turn away after learning from their Guru are dumb. Who slaughtered cows O they are leprosy. Arjun said – Oh God! Any person who has blood disorder in his body, due to which sin is it and some are poor, some have bad breath , some are blind and some are crippled, so which sin they free from and many others? If women become child widows then what sin does this happen? Shri Bhagavan speaks- Oh Arjun! Those who are always angry suffer from blood disorders, those who remain dirty are always poor and those who give donations to evil- doing Brahmins have bad breath. Those who see a stranger’s woman naked, or cast an evil eye on their teacher’s wife, are blind. Those one who has kicked a Guru and a Brahmin becomes lame and crippled. A woman who leaves her husband and has company with other men is a child widow. Arjun- Oh God! You are Parabrahma, salutations to you. Earlier I knew you as my relative but now I know you as God. O Parambrahma! Please tell me what Gurudiksha is like. Shri Bhagavan speaks- Oh Arjun, you are blessed, so are your parents. Blessed are those who have such a son as you. Hey Arjun! Jagannath is the Guru of the whole world, kashi is the Guru of Vidya, Sanyasi is the Guru of all the four varanas. Sanyasi call the one has given up everything else and concentrated on me, he is the Guru of the brahmin world. Hey Arjun! This thing has to be listened to carefully. What should a Guru do, who has conquered all the senses, who sees the whole world as God and is saddened by the whole world? Find a Guru who knows God and worship that Guru in every way. Hey Arjun! It is successful to worship the one who is a devotee of the Guru and who worships the living beings in front of the Guru. Those who turn away from their Guru have seven sins. Those who are alienated from the Guru are not eligible for darshan. The householder who is without a Guru in this world is like a Chandal, just as the Ganges water which is stored in liquor is impure. Similarly, the worship of a person who is separated from his Guru is always impure. Even God does not take his hand, all his actions are fruitless. Dog, Pig, Crow, Donkey, all of them have a big flaw in their vaginas. 206, species. Of all these, the man who does not have a Guru is a mistake, without a Guru there is no movement, he will definitely go to hell. Without Guru’s initiation, all the actions of a living beings become futile. Hey Arjun! Just as it is worthy to worship me for all the four varnas, similarly it is worthy to worship the Guru of Guru Dhar. Just as Ganga is the best among rivers, Ekadashi fast is the best among all fasts. By the way, Arjun! Among the auspicious deeds, service to the Guru is the best, a person without Gurudiksha attains the animal life, the one who also practices religions, enjoys the fruits of the animal life and remain lost in the eighty- four.
Arjun- Oh Lord Krishan! What is Gurudiksha? O Lord Arjun Blessed is the
birth of the one who has asked this question, blessed are the two letters of
Gurudiksha! Hari Om calls these letters Guru. It is best to adopt all four
varnas. Hey Arjun. I am happy with the one who serves the Guru. He will be free
from the eighty- fourth cycle, he will be free from birth and death and will
not suffer from hell. The creature who does not serve his Guru will suffer from
hell for there and a half crore years. Once who serves the Guru gets many
benfits of performing the Avasamedha Yagyas. Get results Service to Guru is my
service. Hey Arjun1 Those who read our dialogue with you will be saved from the
pain of pregnancy and eighty four births will be cut off, hence the name of
this text is Garbh Geeta. Arjun has heard from the mouth of Lord Krishan that
taking Gurudiksha is a good deed.
Jai Shri Krishan
